HC Recruitment search for one of its clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg a : Human Resources Intern (M/W) 

Profile :

• Education : Bachelor or Master’s Degree track in Human Resources, Economics or Business Administration
• A first experience as HR intern in the Luxembourg financial sector will be a plus
• General Knowledge of Luxembourg Market (economy, demography, etc.)
• MS Office (being familiar with VBA code will be a plus)
• Strong sense of organization
• Willing to learn
• Team player
• Analytical, communication and problem-solving
• Proactive

Mission :

• Completing administrative tasks in a wide range of Human Resources segments
• (Administration, Recruitment, On-Boarding, Training etc.) for the Bank and the
• Updating of the Time Management System (time and absence management) and
• setting up relevant reporting 
• Accomplishing various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner;
• As projects, you will be requested to support Human Resources Team Members in:
• Making an inventory of employees’ individual files, including work contracts,
• medical visits etc.;
• Coordinating the Yearly performance assessment process.

Languages :

• Fluent in English and in French
• Other European languages will be considered as an advantage
