HC Recruitment search for one of its clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg a : Client Services Officer (W/M)

Profile :

• You have a good knowledge of life insurance
• You have at least 2 years of experience.
• You are fluent in French, German and/or English.
• You are involved in your work
• You're a team player
• You have a high degree of autonomy, initiative and organization.

Mission :

• Elaboration of new contracts (processing of new proposals, creation of new contracts and their finalization)
• Administrative management of existing files (preparation of amendments, sending of financial assessments, mail processing)
• Financial management of existing files (arbitrations, additional payments, partial and total redemptions, deaths, maturities)
• Administrative support to the sales team
• Collaboration with other departments to promote operational flexibility (Legal, Compliance, Sales, Accounting and Finance)
• Drafting of operating procedures. Complying with internal policies/procedures and regulations in force
• Management of projects related to the Client Services department
